Prices quoted are EX-WORKS and exclude delivery expenses and other related transport costs of goods.

An order is confirmed for production with a 30% down payment by way of TT and the signed profoma invoice. We accept letter of Credit (LC) for a minimum amount order of US$15,000.

For orders requiring approval samples, production begins upon receipt of the written approval of samples.

Samples production take 4-6 weeks from date of confirmation of the booked order, or may take longer depending on the complexity of the revisions required. Samples cost are billed together with the balance of the order.

Basic packing materials & services are free of charge, inclusive of individual and bulk polybags, protective materials and master boxes. We facilitate other services such as barcodes, cards and ticket printing, logostamping but for the client’s account. Special packing requests must be advised clearly on during production. Upon completion of the order, the client is informed and required full payment of the balance to commence delivery process. We are happy to assist in the processing of export documents and the delivery of goods but client bears all freight and handling subsequent costs thereof.
